Android 5.0!

Wow! It's been a long, long while. A lot has changed and Android is now one of the contending (if not the topnotch) mobile operating system. Never had a chance to update this blog, but I'm back into doing some coding on Android platform again.

And to add some more, I am making myself a custom firmware based on CyanogenMod for my OnePlus One.

Android Made It!

It's been a while since I had a brief brush with Android and it turned out to be great mobile platform. Way back then, only a handful of mobile device that runs Android. Now it already got a fair share of market and consumer base.

I'm back to exploring the new Android API, now mainly with the creation of a custom Facebook client that I am using.

Not much so far, but I am getting there.

I found an Android Developers Forum. The forum caters to entry-level android developer to more advanced ones. It includes Novice Tutorials, Advanced Tutorial and even some graphics processing tutorial

Undroid - Android Plugin for Netbeans

There is an available Android Plugin for Netbeans provided at http://undroid.nolimit.cz/. Like the Android plugin for Eclipse, you can develop Android application in Netbeans and test it using the Android Emulator included in Android Developer Toolkit. I am not a big fan of Netbeans but I gave it a try. It seems that the current version does not support the latest release (m5) of Android SDK. I have not searched further though.
